The hotel

Empress hotel located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi Sepang, i was in d hotel for 3days 2nites for the course... i dun wanna to talk rot but it was my experience staying there.. From d 1st day till d last day the services even the hospitality is z/e/r/o! i have my own opinions why im saying like this.. this hotel i think is a 3* hotel but thats not the reason they must treat their clients badly... i found that the hotel workers were not so friendly and i can see through their facial expression, the receptionist not giving a sincere smiles and they kept busy doing other things inspite of there were customers in front of them, they should entertain the customer 1st rather than doing phone calls & talking to each other! the same things happened in the hotel cafe where the waiters again were not friendly and they just stood in one corner without serve the customers! the food were bad & not enough, they were late to 'topup' the food when it was finished causing the customers to queue waiting for the food... not forgetting the room service, i called them to send an iron and they told me iron was provided in every floor (in front of the lift), but i couldnt find one, so i called them back to check or send other iron.. they informed me they will check, i waited for an hour and kept looking in front of the lift if there replace other iron, BUT there was no iron, even my friend staying in the other floor complained d same thing, the room service promised to call me back, but they werent! i was like so fed up with them.... again, the housekeeping didnt even housekept my room BUT they did for other room, even i oredy called & informed the housekeeping! i was so upset with the service in the hotel & i will not recommend any of my family / friend to stay there! because, the services was bad, the rate quite expensive, the food was bad too, the hotel itself situated in the middle of shoplots with lots of PATI staying there, its not safe actually, the environment around the hotel is quite dirty and the parking is out of nowhere!
