The Course

as i told u guys oredy, i went for a 3days 2nites course in Empress Hotel (i will story u guys more about this hotel later!)... the course wasnt as wut i expected... actually the organiser is Treasury-MoA to the P&P officers.. so the lecturers were all from treasury who were 'expert' in their fields... they were expert actually but due to d limitation of time, the course became so simple & tight... i was a bit confused cuz early of the year i went for d same course organized by JPA (P*D RM) in Penang and i found it was better than this one... I expected that this course would giv me better infos & explanationa in Gov Finance but i was so upset since the lecturers were all from treasury but they gave us only the surface of gov finance... overall the course is not really suitable for most of the participant since we are all involve in development sectors but the course more into financing sector...
