mix up, mode up, OMG!

eventho cam dah nak basi citer ni but i still wanna talk about it... i was one of d D8 secretariat... but i dun really know what was my function is, at 1st i was the protocol officer, a day before D8 i became the LO (backup)... my 1st duty i didnt remember when BUT i remembered my feb27th duty the most! why??? not because it was my bestday BUT there were incidents happened! trying to flash back now, i wonder why most of the secretariats were unprepared since d 1st day, i didnt see the proper way on how to organize this big event but i only saw people keep blaming each other on wut had happened... there were no postmortem each day and i'll be waiting for one... why they took this event as a one-off event? mayb this was MoA 1st eva in'tnl event BUT they must learn from mistakes... but they took it easy and it seemed like it was a 'oneoff' event! orite, i dun wanna blame neone on nething...

talking about my duty on the feb 27th, i was on duty at the KLIA v my bestie, missrenny... our duty is to take care of the delegates who will say 'Bye' to Malaysia that day... we missed our 1st delegate (we waited for 30mins for the erl) which was the representative of the D8-secgen BUT it was ok since she was not a vip.. our 2nd delegates, the turkey minister,wife & delegates went smoothly and no incidents... i heard from others since their 1st day of arrival the Turkey delegates were so nice and no sign of arrogance! and our last delegates of d day... the N country.. OMG! they were schedule to be departured at 2.10am, so they were having fun time at the Saloma Bistro early of d nite... the N-embassy officer came first with their bundle of big, heavy, oversize baggages.. so, we settle the baggages first, by the time i wanted to check in their baggages, the counter gal found out dat the departure time for 5 of them were at 12.30am while d minister&her daughter will be at 2.10am, so i informed to the N-officer, and he was shocked, then i called the LO to inform her about the departure time.. the LO oso shocked... AND the incidents began... i disscussed v d couter gal to get all of them into the same flight at 12.30am, she did tried but only 5 of them will get into the 12.30am buss class but the other 2 will be departured at 2.10am, the N-officer aggreed, so settle! but the hubbub started again when this Malaysian man who worked for the N-embassy came and pleaded the counter gal to put all of the Ndelegates into d same flight at 12.30am.. it was 11.30pm oredy, i was so tired + i was not feeling well dat day! so the man keep trying and trying and talking and busying with my job at d counter.. but still he couldnt fight for the other 2delegates cuz the flight was overbooked! and when d minister came, all of the N-embassy including the embassador came to the counter and made it worst! i was so angry and fed up by dat time.. they really interfered my duty, i even being scolded by a N-woman... i was so confused and hurt.. but it was ok since it was my final day of dutying.. after settle everything, me & renny ran as fast as we can to clear all of the passports at the VIP lounge... then ran again to catch up the same aerotrain v d delegates.. then ran again to the entrance of the terminal to clear their tickets and passport, i was so tired and felt like fainted... i even pleaded the security for bypass entrance for them.. luckily they allowed me to bypass the long que for other passengers... after clear up everything... said the last gudbye to the delegates.. me&renn ran from all of these N people.. i know about the kindness of the minister & delegates BUT their embassy really troubled me.. wut a HAPPY BESTDAY for me.. i didnt even celebrate my bestday that day! this is only the 1st sad story.. other will come later...
