Jika dan hanya jika ia terjadi

Kalau benar rumors yg sedang bertiup kencang mengenai pertukaran jawatan ptd gred 41/44 jadi PTA maka menyesal aku jadi PTD! Menyesal aku jadi PTD sebab: degree saya adalah dr bidang kesihatan (nutrition) dan saya juga mempunyai MSc in Nutrition! Maka saya merupakan orang yg sangat bodoh join ptd bila akhirnya hanya jadi PTA! seriously, i akan minta tukar untuk menjadi seorang PZM, nutritionist or lecturer! Seriously i akan rasa i lah paling xberjaya dalam career i! Seriously i akan semakin benci kepada ks*n dan jaypeeayy! Dan membazirlah masa i selama 5tahun buat kerja2 ptd ni, 6 bulan training kt intan nak dapatkan deepeeayyy tu! Kerajaan Malaysia semakin xrelevan jika asik nak tukar2 dasar dan cara pentadbiran kerajaan, apalah akan jadi kepada rakan2 sejawat i yang lain, i bet thousands of us akan menyesal jadi ptd dan memberontak! Inilah balasan government kepada kami.. Skrg puaslah hati skim2 lain yg selama ini dengki dan xpuas hati dgn skim ptd ni.. Dan 1000 penyesalan dlm diri ini kerana join skim ni apabila semakin tidak dihargai.. Hanya utk memuaskan hati sesetengah pihak kerajaan rela mengorbankan nasib skim yg banyak membantu dlm pentadbiran kerajaan. Terima kasih KerajaanMalaysia! Dan apakah akan hebat jika ptd itu start dr Gred 48? just imagine, a doctor yg selama ini kerjanya menyembuhkan penyakit org, membantu masalah kesihatan rakyat secara tiba2 jd PTD, bolehkah mereka melaksanakan tugas2 pentadbiran, kewangan dan dasar? Apakah tujuan seorang doktor itu dilatih? Untuk jadi seorg pentadbir atau untuk membantu menyelamatkan nyawa manusia? Kita fikir2kanlah...

P.s.: mostly kerja2 di office mmg dilaksanakan oleh gred41/44 sehinggakan decission making pun terpaksa pegawai muda yg buat.xsemestinya gred 48 itu boleh melaksanakan tugas dan faham tugas mereka.sekian.

Happy birthday Angah

Pool aka kolam

Masih pool di mosti and today di library mosti, suasana mmg agak berbeza berbanding mo*a tetapi segalanya perlu cepat dan adaptasi dengan culture dan environement kat sini. Masih tertanya2 kerja apakah yang bakal ditugaskan dan apakah expectation bos di sini tetapi segalanya akan terjawab if pengurusan tertinggi dah luluskan penempatan kami. Msih menuggu dengan sabar dgn sedikit bosan but i pray that Allah will help me to go through this period of change in my life. Amin.

Culture Shock

Agak culture shock dgn new working environment.. 1st day still didn't know my division cuz something happened to the HR boss.. But from the stories I heard, there are so many differents between my previous working environment and my recent posting.. I can't wait to officially start my new work but I'm nervous n afraid at d same time. Wish me luck guys cuz I can smell wuts going to happen to me soon.. May Allah bless me! Amin

Goodbye Beautiful Building

my last day after 5yrs of working here.. a beautiful building stands proudly at Persiaran Perdana, Putrajaya and I'm one lucky person to have the opportunity to work in this building.. Wisma Tani will be remembered, 5yrs is such a long time.
Tq building! You gimme so much comfort and memories.

glee season 3 is back yaw! and i oready watched d 1st episode - the purple piano project. So much dramas and i love it!

kurt + rachel are so excited of furthering study in Arts & performance at one of d best college.. Brittany still d cool n funny gleek, mercedes with her new bf, finn is confused v his future, mike d smart boy have to choose between Harvard and Stanford Uni, puck is breaking up v Lauren, Blaine will join McKinley School, Will&Emma are an item (finally!), Santana with her dream of becoming the Cheerios captain and the most shocking part is Quinn with The Skanks???!!! Quinn changed her image to pink hair, nose ring and a tattoo after she became friend with The Skanks girl (the trouble girls!).

You'll be introduced to the 2 new Gleeks, Lindsay Pearce as Harmony, the runner up of the Glee Project and Vanessa Lynne-Marie Lengies as Sugar, the rich n daddy's girl, a new girl in McKinley.
cant waot for more Season 3 episodes! I'm a gleek back! :)

Im so confused right now

td g report duty di MOST*I.. ye suasana di sana amat berbeza.. nak tunggu dorang luluskan penagguhan kerja pun nak kena tggu bos reply sms.. last2 diluluskan.. tp penempatan di divison yg mana masih kelabu eventou JP*A dah cadangkan masuk bahagian mana tetapi pihak mosti akan reshuffle penempatan beberapa psu.. ooh sedey, saya sudah berangan berada di bahagian seperti di dalam surat tetapi kemungkinannya xdapt.. sehingga terkeluar di mulut ni memujuk psu di sana supaya sy tidak buat service and stick to JP*A decission.. tetapi siapakah saya utk mempersoalkan decission most*i? i hope Allah will help me, he'll show me the right way to do to the right thing. Fat Soluble Vitamis

Vitamins A, D, E, and K are the fat soluble vitamins. In other words, they are insoluble in water and therefore are carried in the body through fats. One of the factors that make these group of vitamins handy, is that cooking does not make them less potent.

Fat soluble vitamins are important for our body for general good health, daily repair of the body cells and functioning of the organs. These vitamins also play an important role in Protein Energy Malnutrition [PEM]. The level of vitamin A and E decreases in these children and thus supplementation becomes a priority for all the PEM cases.

It is important to get the dosage of these vitamins right—less leads to toxicity, excess leads to toxicity.

In general, fat soluble vitamins are stored in the body in sufficient reserves so that daily intake is not required. But, deficiencies could set in due to long-standing illnesses like Crohn’s disease or cystic fibrosis [there is impaired digestion and fat malabsorption in both these cases], low-fat diets or certain drugs that interfere with fat absorption.

Plants vs Zombies

my current game obsession on my hubby's iphone that made me wanna get my own iphone i-pad2.. i love this game so much, i can play it all day long with full concentration ☺ Its an easy game, need you to plant useful plants to prevent the zombies from eating the gardener brain! hehehehe.. presenting you the Plants vs Zombies game.. :)

I love the sunflowers that can give me more energy and points to use other plants! Once you start this game, you will stuck to it foreva, just like i addicted to angry Birds months ago.. :)

Raub, Pahang

I spent my weekends at my auntie's house at Raub, Pahang v my family. So good to be there since I really really miss my cutest cousin Alesya (pic)! One of the best raya weekends for me, relaxing at my aunt's home, eating, gossiping and watching tv together! At first I oredy planned to go to Lata Kijal but since it was raining everyday, I canceled the plan and just spent the precious time v ma family. We did a suprise belated birthday for my lil bro, nothing special just eating oreo cheese cake from SR, no presents no junkfood, just cake! A simple celeb.. Far from Putrajaya/KL, in a simple malay village, I felt so calm, no stress at all. I wish my everyday life just like that.. But tomorrow I've to go to work with less and less spirit everyday.. What happened to me after Eids Hols? So lazy and unmotivated.. Luckily next week there's a public hol on friday, so I'm planning of going back to Malacca for the weekends, go to my relative wedding reception and spend time v family. Ok, till now my 'celoteh'.. I wish I canw rite something fun but I couldn't. :)

last night twitter kecoh dgn satu pet shop yang paling cruel sekali di Malaysia: PETKNODE! Mmg manusia yg lebih teruk dr sifat binatang yg buka kedai ni.. nak tau kenapa? sebab dorang ambik upah utk boarding kitties semurah =rm4 perday and dorang biakan kucing tu depan petshop dorang 7-8 days kebuluran, kesejukan dan dehydrated! KEJAM GILA! So mlm td beberapa volunteers aka cats lovers telah pergi ke kedai tersebut and foster the cats yg ditinggalkan tu.. sedih tgk keadaan cats yg dibiarkan begitu saja, ade beberapa ekor yg dah mati, ade yg kurus kering and dah xde bulu! jahanam kau owner Petknode! Semoga Allah membalas kekejaman yg korang lakukan 1juta kali lg teruk dr apa kau buat kat pets yg ditinggalkan tu! untuk kawan2 yg ada hantar kitties kat situ, saya bersimpati dgn nasib kitties anda, moga2 dorang ok n akan pulih dr trauma ditinggalkan tu..
