td petang i pegi survey rumah and met up v this broker, CW, at Bayu Parkville, Balakong Jaya. it is a townhouse, seriously i didnt know what is townhouse, look at the picture above, i thinked it was the same as double story terrace-linked house BUT it wasnt.. Well, it looks nice in the picture... I already made an appointment v CW yday that we were going to meet up at BPV at 6.30pm, i arrived a bit early and while waiting for CW, me n vien drove around the housing park to take a closer look for what townhouse was... we were a bit surprised when we saw stairs outside of each house.. why on earth is stairs outside of a house? when CW arrived at about 6.30pm, he brought us to one of his unit for sale, the car porch is tooo small... we went inside the house and we were shocked! We tot it was a double story linked but it is actually a mini designt of an apartment (2 storey aprtment) with a porch! it is like a double storey house but the owner of the 1st n 2nd floor are different! it meant 2 owners for a townhouse!!! what the heck... i dun want this kinda of house.. now i knew what a townhouse is... unlucky me! u know what, the price for each unit is 230k-280k which is nonsense! it is toooo small... even the apartment i live now is bigger and the price is only 75k! but it is okay, now i really knew what a townhouse is... and its not suitable for me.. so, my house hunting will continue until i find the one that i love n definitely will buy...

dah boleh beli rumah la skang kan.. tunggu surat dulu~ kihkihkih. house hunting mmg best. aku suka tengok2 design kat show house. bajet nak cari idea untuk rumah sendiri nanti. plan area mana?
