ooo, segar n sihat rasanya!!!! td ptg i gi jogging ngan vien kt P18.. kononnya nak sampai ke Wisma Putra tp haremmmm... after 30minutes of jogging from Panaroma to P18b.. i felt so tired, where's my energy??? gosh.. dah le makin berisi, d energy oso dah kureng ke???? i have to reduce my fats & cho intake from now on.. and exercise everyday! i shuldnt take it easy about my health & diet.. i must b fit! it doesnt mean if u r married u cant exercise, actually.. u shuld do it more often esp v d hubby.. i need my weekends jogging back! ini nasihat utk diri sendiri.. jogging ptg td mmg penat tp bla dah sampai rumah mandi sume baru rs sedap bdn! i love the feeling.. ramai gak org berjogging kat sana.. actually Putrajaya ni menyediakan pelbagai kemudahan sukan and rekreasi cuma org2 yg duk kat sini hargai atau tidak jerk.. selesalah boleh dikatakan! every precint ade kwsn rekreasi masing2, and di bahu2 jln mmg ade laluan utk joggers and bikers... im planning to buy a bike soon.. and i promise to myself, if i have a bike, i'll cycling everyday if i have time... kesihatan ni benda yg ta boleh main2, kena sentiasa dijaga, kalo idak nnt dah tua sakit nyusahkan org lain.. i pun ade family med history of diabetes, HPT, CVD etc etc. ok, sudah puas membebel.. nk smbg tgk segala film and series online.. tq fastpasstv..
