tak tau lah...

peninglah kan, penat2 ki wat keje tuh pastu tak dihargai, org yg baru masuk xtau pape nak kena wat benda yg kita wat... i tak kisah lah kalo new off nak wat keje i ke keje sape ke, keje sume org ker... BUT the boss kena lah discuss with all of the officers, she must decide when all of the officers are there, she cant decide when the person in charge is sumwhere else and she only discuss with 1people! thats unfair... to the OIN and to the newoff... wuts wrong to the bosses nowadays? are they know how to be more dipolmatic and how to make decissions? i bet they know cuz they have been working for years..they shuld know better than me... and its unfair to the person who works so hard to do this thing and that thing and then finally sum1 will take over... is sumthing wrong with the responsible officer? is the new officers perfect dat she knows everything? wuts so special with her? why cant the boss trust her own officers? why must made decission without discuss? why so many why when it comes to this BOSS? why everybody unsatisfied v her? is that a prob to have a formal discussion with all officers? why she only looks/listens to one side only? arent we suppose to respect each other? erm.. im so confused with her with her SHE... and for the new officer, try to create a good raport with everyone and not only to the bigBOSS... there will alwas be hieraki when working... respect the senior if u want them to work v u!
