today my departments celebrated belated besdays for officers & staffs for the half of 2008 year... so much fun & we were so happy today... tak sangka my SUB tu leh sporting plak today! but the saddest thing was renny wasn't around, she went for an outstation... joanne & vivien already came back from DPA and as usual my SUB will re-og the department soon!

in my office if someone goes to Langkawi, a must for them to bring back Daim chocolate for everybody & i always ask myself "why daim?" it seems like no others chocs sold in langkawi except daim??? yesterday my boss went to langkawi and this morning he gave everybody in the office d.a.im. as usual! but when i go to langkawi, i always bring back Kit-Kat (hehehehehehe) & Hershey's choc! Why am i not buying any daim???

I dunno the answer! i just love Kitkat and Hershey's!

The Daim bar (originally known as Dajm in the original Swedish, and Dime in the UK and the Ireland) is a crunchy butter almond bar covered in milk chocolate that originated in Sweden in 1953, produced by the Swedish company Marabou.

dah lame xshopping, so im planning nak g shopping/window shopping today! bosan tul 2 ari duk uma ajer! today nak nek public transport lah, g bandar tasik selatan then amik lrt sampe masjid jamek before change to putra lrt to klcc, lame betul dah xg klcc! i hope my plan become to reality! nak beli ape erk? dah sampe sane baru pk! ni yg susah ni........ kang mcm2 lah i beli!

MAHA - hot - machines - farmers

fuhh.. yesterday was a very tiring day! it started at 9.30 am, kak anis (kpsu) & me went to MAHA to monitor our farm mechanisation expo... while waiting for LPP buggy, we went around the state pavilions to see if our agro-based industrialist products were sold/displayed in every state... starting from MoA pavilion, then negeri sembilan, malacca, to the north states... we stopped at Kedah Pavilion cuz Kedah is the main state for agro-based products, we went inside the Kedah's House and met up with LPP Kedah Officer, we asked him quite a few questions about the 'Klasik' product... Kak Anis was satisfied with the product displayed... then, the officer gave us goodies bag (so heavy-there were four goodies bag)! inside them was the maswangi brown rice and some agro-based products! we had to bring the goodies bags to most of the state pavilion after that, in a very hot weather, i didnt bring any cap or umbrella... we still waited for the LPP buggy but it was late! so we decided to have a quick rest at the Sabah pavilion! we waited at about 15mins there but still didnt come! so we decided to go back to the carpark to put all the things inside kak anis car! then we went back to the Selangor pavilion waiting for the LPP officer to bring us to the farm mechanisation expo... they finally arrived at about 11am... at the expo site, the officers brought us around the expo and introduced us to some of the contractors, i was so amazed with all the machinery thingy, BUT our machinery still out dated compared to the German or european technology... i got a chance to drive one of the machine (was so big) in a very hot afternoon!!! cant imagine how the farmers working in such weather! then, the officer brought us to the VIP room, we discussed 'things' with the LPP officers! we also got a chance to see their rehearsel for today MoU... then, kak anis & me went to the foodcourt, didnt know wut to eat, so hot, i just wanna drink and drink! after had our lunch, we went back to the expo site, then i saw the rabbit farm, the mini Zoo Malacca, the Boer goat, the deer farm, cows, elephant, camel etc etc. we continued our discussion before one of the officer made a suprise for us! she invite us to visit the vitato farm behind the main hall, we followed her until she gave us hoes! i asked her for what purpose and she said just followed her... we went inside the vitato farm, then she asked us to start digging the soil in the middle of the day!!!! can u imagine??? me wearing a shirt, long skirt & high-heel holding a hoe in the middle of the hot afternoon!!! i didnt expect the officer will did this to us BUT we really dig the soil to find the vitato! i started to enjoy digging the soil when i found a very large vitato, kak anis also got bigger vitato and we managed to dig lots of vitato! i wont forget the moments ! Now, i know how difficult the farmers worked just to find their main incomes and support their family, i felt like wanna cry that time because alhamdulillah my parents had a better job to support our family! i really respect the farmers because the really worked hard to give Malaysian food to eat! then i know that agriculture is really a good business!
after that, one of the officer treated us with fruits and coconut water at the Fruits Market, a very long way to reach the market! people started to fill the expo site, i felt like cannot believe it when so many people came to MAHA even in a working day! they must enjoyed the journey inside the biggest expo site, so many places to go and you will not able to finish the 'expidition' in a single day!
at about 4.30 we went back to the office with so many gifts from LPP... i was so so so tired yesterday! my feet like taken out! then at 5.30 i went to the KBS gym as usual....

p/s: guys, do bring your umbrella/cap when u come to MAHA o.k.??

MICHAEL PHELPS (USA) vs LEE CHONG WEI (MALAYSIA)

both men got the highly-spirited-hearts BUT the color & the numbers of d medals differentiate them! for me, both are HEROES!

Phelps, M really made the americans proud of him with 8 gold medals & total of 14 gold medals in Olympics! he got the best 'chest' i guess cuz he can swim just like a fish! he proved that he's unbeatable and he's the fastest swimmers eva with couples of world records! I congratulated him for his bravery & spirit!

How about the other man??? yeah, maybe some of Malaysians are happy & some are upset to hear his name BUT for me Wei, LC got the spirit, he already won the World Cup and got the silver medal in Olympic08, wut more we want for him? he maybe the 'underdog' in the 2008 Olympic but he proved that he's still the world no.2! i know, most of us are hoping for him to bring back our first eva olympic gold medal BUT he didnt! i know, chong wei look definitely 'not like him' in the final but can u guys see how the Superb-Dan played? he's so fast even chong wei cannot tackle him! chong wei mayb a bit nervous that nite when he was surrounded by thousand of China Chinese and China is dying for the gold medals! thats y chong wei looked stiff... chong wei did tried to fight but LinDan so impenetrable!

BUT, IM SO PROUD OF LEE CHONG WEI, he did bring a silver medal for us after 12 years Malaysia got nothing from Olympic!

nak citer skit, time i duty on Saturday mmg ramai giler org dtg, tambahan pula skrg school holidays, so sume amik kesempatan nak dtg MAHA on weekends... time duty mmg bosan mule2, pastu bila org start masuk BDC tuh, tanye mcm2 soalan, pening gak kepala nak jawab, sampe ade bbrp soalan i terpaksa suh pengunjung ni contact sendiri officer yang bertanggungjawab! I sendiri pun tak sempat nak g sume tmpt, rasanye 2,3 ari gak lah kalo nak round sume tpt2 expo kat MAHA tuh! xper, diz friday i duty lg, i will make sure i dpt g tpt NFC, Laman sayur, expo ternakan dll.

Confused sejak I keje nak masuk 2 thn ni kan... i rasa bos ni ade mcm2 jenis tp knplah i dapat bos yg tak 'paham' ape responsibilities die! susah nak keje kalo mcm ni... dah ler die smbg retirement age die until 58! boleh jadi gila i keje bawah die! susah nak jelaskan... tp i plg panas, bila die dah wat keputusan then die xmengaku... and then bila die dah ingat die yg wat kptsan cam tuh, die tak nak minta maaf pun yg die dah lupe... pastu duk marah kite tak inform die (padahal jenuh i duk ingatkan die, bukan die percaya pun)! org2 dah tua, kalo rasa tak mampu nak keje by d' age of 58 baik lah jgn sambung pencen cuz akan menyusahkan pegawai2 muda yang cepat blaja & cekap nih! bukan nak memuji diri sendiri tp most bosses kat sini cakap pegawai2 muda skrg cepat belajar & fikiran doang lbh kedepan dr bos2 skrg! so, just admit je lah yg "U" dah tak boleh nak bg idea & control d' department anymore... bek pencen, duk uma, jaga cucu & tenangkan fikiran b4 ajal sampai! kalo terus mcmni, U will make others suffer from your decission and the young generation will learn nothing at all! common lah, giv other people chance to improve & show their abilities! dun be so selfish, enough lah U dah keje berpuluh tahun! bila sambung u will block other people promotions! ramai lagi graduates kat lua tuh yg jobless, tapi kalo org2 'tua' ni masih selfish and pentingkan career doang dr kerjaya generasi baru ni, sampai bila lah bebudak ni akan jobless! kan senang, bersara & jadi consultant leh wat duit gak! jgnlah halang masa depan org lain! knp nak sangat keje lame.. kalau boleh semua org nak jadi KSU, KSN, KP etc. etc. Tapi kalo dah sampe level nak wat decission pun tak leh, tak guna pun ade jawatan yang tinggi! Kalo btl2 mampu, teruskan usaha murni berkhidmat utk negara!

teringin sangat...

dalam 2 minggu ni, i teringin sangat nak makan cempedak goreng yang digoreng sendiri! hehehehehe.... finally, yesterday night... after balik dr jupe my sis kat shah alam, kitoang (me+b+kazen) raound2 kat langat cari cempedak, payah gak nak carik cuz nampak durians & rambutans ajer! puas lah mencari, akhirnya jupe gak kat satu kedai ni... mmg die jual cempedak yang sgt banyak & menarik! kitoang pun beli 2 biji (RM5/kilo)! siap uncle tu belah separuh that cempedak nak tunjuk yang mmg berbaloi beli kat die, isi nampak cantik & padat!



balik je rumah, kitoang terus menggoreng cempedak tuh! mmg sedap giler and manis buah terasalah... tp i tak larat nak makan banyak2 cuz oily meh! sekadar teringin & nak merasa je... yelah, dah lama tak balik malacca, selalunye mummy mesti wat! sekarang ni i teringin nak makan mummy nyer ikan keli masak cili padi + pisang muda!!! ermmm, xsbr nak balik malacca ujung bln ni!!!

Mushroom + Chicken Spaghetti

yeah, i did cooked last weekend... so boring last weekend since my plan going to Wawa's & Neyza Bro's weddings were canceled last minutes! so sad to see wawa's wedding pic when so many of my frens came & njoyed themselves at d'wedding! But its ok, past oredy! so, i wanna share my spaghetti recipe that i modified a bit for a healthy diet! hehehehehehe...

1) spaghetti of course
2) tomato puree
3) mince chicken meat
4) fresh milk
5) veges - celery, capsicum, button mushroom, carrot, tomato, onion & garlic
6) mixed Italian herbs
7) olive oil & butter (law salt & fat)
8) water
9) cheese powder (choose the low fat one ok)



i realy njoyed my cooking since i only know how to cook western food (just name it)! so pity with my future husband cuz i dont know how to cook Malay/Asian food/cuisine! but, i will learn how to cook them sooner or later AND i will modify the menu to be more healthier (low fat, low chol, law salt & low sugar) and become my-way of cooking!



back to the 'cooking day' : well, all of my nephews enjoyed eating the delicious spaghetti (hehehehehe) and so do my cousins & her husband... not to forget my B! and im happy to see them eating my spaghettolicious! here are some enjoyment moments when my family eating my 'cook of the day':

Facebooking vs Friendstering vs Myspacing

Facebooking (fb)

suddenly so many online social networking to appear nowadays... and the most recent & glamorous one is facebook (1st rank social networking in d world now)! so, everybody starting to creat their new fb account to be updated! i got my fb acc since 2007 and got 2 accs oredy (the 1st one oredy deleted)! so i use the 2nd acc - shakirajefrydin as my only fb acc! i really njoy joining the fb wurld since fb got lots of applications, chatting fac, shoutout and easy to find my xschoolmates! but sometimes it becomes annoying since everybody keep sending new apps, gifts, forwarding videos etc. At first i felt gr8 to 've lots of cute & interesting apps but suddenly i felt fed up oredy! and i know some ppl may be 'angry' with me when i was crazy to send a lot of apps to them b4... and now i feel the same! there was one time when suddenly my pc hanged when i open my fb profile (because it had to dwld so many apps) & during that time i was doing my works (very important one)! so stress at that time and i did condemn fb! but, last weekend fb changed their profile features and it becomes easier and faster! BUT i still love fb because it connects me to all of my long time penpals all over the world! so good to meet them in fb!

eventho fs being the most popular soc netw in MALAYSIA but it still cannot challenge fb & ms! i dunno why but most ppl seem to have fs acc but they not really active using their fs acc! most ppl named fs as the 'secondary school' soc netw or 'network budak2 sekolah'! for me, fs still my priority because all of my xschoolmates, coursemates & workmates are in my fs friends list! and fs is the most easiest & simplest soc netw in the world i guess! from fs i know my fr engagements, weddings, bestdays, new pictures, new baby etc etc. recently fs is trying to 'copy' fb when fs starting to offer varities of apps... but im not really put those app in my fs cuz i want my fs to be the simplest one! so all of new apps invitations i will reject straightly without considering! so ppl, plz dun invite me for any apps in fs ok!



Myspacing (ms)

i got ms so long time ago when i tried to follow all those 'gig /unknown' bands who only got ms acc as their official soc networkings with their fans! its been more than 5yrs since i registered for my ms acc! BUT only few of my friend list are the ppl that i know actually! hehehehehe... ijust added them for the same hobbies & interests! so, my ms acc got the most friend lists off all of my soc netw accs! hehehehehehehe...

soon, maybe more soc ntw will be created by 'hackers' to be the next millionaire...

semalam tensen.. byk keje, ingatkan today leh duk memanaskan seat kat office tp tak menjadi gak! ke'bz'an i makin menjadi plak today, dgn my PT takde g kursus (sian die baru nak g kursus-takpe jaz..chayo2..ooppsss, u can do it!) hehehehehe... pastu i dengan bengap nye suh cc yg wat filing & tolong2 keluarkan surat padahal ade lagi 3 PT kat lua tuh!!! sian cc, baru2 masuk, pening2 lalat ag kena lak wat keje PT disebabkan PT2 yg 'banyak songeh'! hari ni aje more than 10 letters/memos i kena wat, then meeting minutes ag... banyak ag yg tguh! org len duk bz ngan MAHA, i plak duk bz mengaturkan meetings sepanjang MAHA... huhuhuhu...

cukup kot last week yg agak 'njoy skit tp mgu ni kena keje lebih skit! Berkhidmat Untuk Negara beb! konon lah sangat....

ptg ni banyak ag keje yg menunggu, nak mengadap puan *** ku yang fussy giler! aaarggggghhhhh, penat sungguh lah! cepatlah ari sabtu...

lupa plak nak inform semlm duk melayan movie german kat astro dgn Julia, movie ni ala2 Harry Potter gituh... tp yg ni versi 'girl'! tajuk die Bibi Blocksberg... penat gak r menahan mata melayan cite tuh sampe habis... mmg cute ler cite tuh, cite budak2... wat cakap Julia, ala2 cite Alam Ria Cuti Sekolah kat tv3 tuh (teringat plak zaman2 dolu)!

get hot in chilliz..

friday nite in chilliz midvalley to celebrate syeena, julia & kak aisah bestday was very memorable & sweet! 4 single women with a wife had a very tiring 'ronggeng nite'! hehehehehe

we went to midvalley after working hour (at about 5.40pm)... we parked at bandar tasik selatan and went there by train! its been quite long since i last took a train! we were kinda havoc and being people 'attraction'! and when syeena & nina did d most funniest joke of the day.... so funny lah both of you! the situation was like a 'sardine tin' in the ktm... so hot, so crowded, so smelly... only God knows!

we arrived in midval at about 7.25pm, we went straight to chilliz, so many people queing for their turn, we had to book first and our turn will be at 8pm.. so we decided to 'jalan2' first until 8pm!

we went inside chilliz at about 8pm and we just so 'kecoh' again... eveybody is trying to choose their orders... im so worried about the callories BUT i had to forget about it since it was chilliz babe, i must eat something delicious & nice... finally i ordered for chicken montery... it looked fine for me!



then, we ate and ate and ate... gossiping, laughing, we had so much funs! the food was great & i ate until i feel 'mengah'.... its been a long time since i took a very heavy dinner like that!!! but its ok...



it became more interesting during the desert time!!! the 'volcano' choc cake was one of the most delicious cake i eva ate & the ice-cream topping made it looked cute! hehehehehehe...



after had our dinner, we rushed to the ktm, there were so so so many people waiting for the train at 10pm???!!!! when the train came, everybody was like going crazy and kept pushing each other to be in train... i was shocked... dunno how to enter the train with such crowded passengers... finally, me & kak aisah couldt enter the train while the other 3 succeed! so upset... we had to wait for the 10.50pm train... i became so tired, sleepy and lost spirit oredy! we just had so much fun but suddenly i felt that was a very tiring day for me! luckily the next day was saturday!

finally, me and kak aisah took the 10.50pm train, arrived at tasik selatan at 11.15pm, i waited for my B... then arrived at my kazen house at about 11.40pm! i was so tired, so i slept easily that nite!

wut shuld i do this weekend???

arggghhhh... hehehehe.. nothing actually, just cant wait to punch out! after working i am going to midvalley (chilliz) to celebrate syeena, julia & kak aisah burfdays!

the question is... wut shuld i do this weekend???

i got plan BUT dunno if my B will agree or not!

Im planning to watch sex & the city (shuld be fun to watch it on theatre)! my passion for fashion attract me to watch this movie!!! i even love d series! Im not sure if my B will agree but for sure i wanna watch d movie!

I think he will be happy to watch The Mummy compare to sex & d city! i just hope this time the film will be better than the 2nd one...

As usual, jogging in the morning.. then sleep sleep sleep... online.. sleep.. playing pc games... or maybe window shopping...


I hope one of my plans will be success! If not, i will stay all day long in my cousin's house!!! what a boring weekend huh....
